Description: 16 BREAD ROUNDS,4 EGGS2 TBS CINNAMON,1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT In a shallow dish whisk eggs, cinnamon and vanilla, heat a large non stick skillet coat with cooking spray. Place bread rounds in egg mixture and then, into skillet until brown on both sides repeat until all bread rounds have been cooked. BLUEBERRY SYRUP 1 C PURE MAPLE SYRUP,2 C BLUEBERRIES,3 TBS GRANULATED SUGAR,3 TBS WATER In a meduim sauce pot add water, sugar, blueberries, maple syrup, allow mixture to simmer and stir often until ready to serve.
