Description: Pizza Pocket: 1/4 lb ground meat (turkey, beef or pork),1 roll of pizza dough,1/2 onion1 small bell pepper (yellow, red or green),1 8 ounce package shredded mozzarella1 jar of spaghetti sauce (your favorite)salt and pepper to taste In a saute pan add ground meat, chopped onion and chopped bell pepper, add salt and pepper to taste once mixture is done place in small bowl, pre-heat oven 425 degrees open and roll out pizza dough, cut into three sections in the middle of  each section equally add meat, sauce and cheese fold the end to the middle an on a cookie pan grease or spray add cornmeal place pizza pocket open end down make one cut across the top optional add olive oil or egg wash to top for a golden shine. Place in oven 15-18 minutes or until golden. Remove let stand for 5 minutes before eating. Pizza Sticks:1 pack of string cheese (any kind),1 roll of pizza dough,1 eggPre-heat oven 425 degrees. Roll out pizza dough, measure to fit cheese stick roll over cheese and close ends repeat until you have used all string cheese or used all pizza dough. Place on a cookie sheet that has been greased or sprayed with cooking spray. Slightly beat egg and brush over dough this will give it a golden brown color. Place in oven for 10-12 mins or until golden brown. Remove from oven let stand for 1-3 mins before eating. Optional : sprinkle with garlic powder. Shrimp/w Alfredo Sauce Pizza:1/2 lb medium shrimp,1 14 ounce jar Alfredo sauce,1 roll of pizza dough,1 8 ounce package mozzarella cheese,1 clove garlic,1 small onion,1/4 white wine (your favorite) Pre heat oven 425 degrees. In a saute pan add sliced onions, chopped garlic then, add shrimp and white wine let simmer for 5 mins. Remove from pan into a bowl. Open and roll out pizza dough cut into 2 pieces add alfredo sauce, cheese and shrimp mixtue to both pieces of dough. Place on a cookie sheet and put in oven 15-18 mins. Remove from oven let stand for 3 mins and cut into 4 equally slices.
